To clarify, a simple Will covers situations where the testator wishes to leave their estate to one person or group of people and who has none of the following issues affecting (there may be others not mentioned): a previous marriage; a disabled beneficiary; a business; an Estate which exceeds the Inheritance tax threshold. These are just a few examples where Trusts may be required and therefore a simple Will would not be sufficient.
